About Kaleb Miles
I am an athlete, investor, and oil & energy professional with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. Raised in Dallas, TX, I’ve been fortunate to gain hands-on experience across oilfield operations, energy internships, and leadership development programs. These opportunities have sharpened my ability to lead from the field, support a team under pressure, and deliver solutions rooted in discipline and resilience. My mission is to help build smart, self-sustaining communities by maximizing energy efficiency during the global energy transition. I’m pursuing a path that includes reservoir evaluation and asset planning and grows into roles that shape commercial strategy and deal execution. The energy industry is at a pivotal crossroads — one that demands both technical depth and economic vision. I’m committed to bridging that gap by combining field-tested experience with a relentless drive to learn, lead, and create lasting value.“Everyday Matters” is more than a motto — it’s a mindset of urgency, stewardship, and daily execution. I show up each day ready to serve, grow, and build a future that’s smarter, stronger, and more sustainable for all.

Hunt Energy Enterprises, Dallas, Texas
Research Consultant Intern
Conducted research, financial, and sales analyses to suggest a pilot project for 3D metal printing applications in various sectors that positioned the company to take advantage of the new emerging technology.

Projects

Solar Still: Passive Water Purification
Designed and built a sustainable solar still to convert contaminated or saline water into clean drinking water using only sunlight and condensation cycles.
Wolfcamp Reservoir Optimization
Evaluated production potential of the Upper Wolfcamp formation in the Delaware Basin using log analysis and simulation data. Compared two different hydraulic fracturing soak periods across four lateral wells

Experience

ProFrac
A PF Holding Company
At ProFrac, I supported frac operations in the Permian and Uintah Basins for major operators including XTO, Oxy, ConocoPhillips, Devon, and SM Energy. Contributed to over 50 wells, working with hybrid fluid systems to optimize sand transport, control expenses, and maintain stage efficiency across various shale plays.
Gained hands-on experience with modern technologies such as E-Fleet and simul-frac, focused on improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Liberty
Energy
At Liberty Energy, I focused on delivering field engineering support across the Permian and Delaware Basins. Managed fluid testing, chemical usage, sand tracking, and post-stage reporting to ensure treatment accuracy and operational efficiency.
Collaborated with clients to deliver real-time data and uphold quality standards across multi-well projects. Acquired ground-up frac hand experience in iron equipment rigging, treating, and equipment operations.

Imperative
Chemical Partners
At Imperative Chemical Partners, I created an advanced fracturing chemical product line through proprietary lab workflows. Conducted detailed testing to enhance productivity. Presented clear, actionable results to clients.
